Green Energy

Utility-scale solar from site evaluation to grid connection, and the long life after it.

0306Sectors: Green Energy / Power Generation / Infrastructure & Rail

We develop solar assets end to end. That starts before the first module is ordered: site evaluation, yield assessment, and permitting, the phase where most solar projects are actually won or lost. From there we run procurement, construction, grid connection, and commissioning as one continuous responsibility.

The cluster deliberately covers the formats and lifecycle stages that generic developers skip: Agri-PV that keeps farmland productive under the modules, carport structures over parking areas, module performance testing, and the repowering of ageing installations. After handover, we stay on for operation and maintenance.

  • Utility-scale solar development

Site evaluation, permitting, procurement, construction, grid connection, commissioning.

  • Agri-PV

Dual-use installations combining energy production with active agriculture.

  • Solar carports

Overhead PV structures for parking and commercial areas.

  • Module performance testing

On-site testing to verify installed modules perform to specification.

  • Repowering & modernisation

Component replacement and redesign of existing parks to restore and raise output.

  • Operation & maintenance

Long-term O&M for solar assets after handover.

Won in permitting, proven at the meter

A solar project's economics are set long before construction: land classification, grid access, permitting sequence, and interconnection terms decide more than module prices do. We put our effort where that leverage is, and we only take a project into construction when the development case survives scrutiny.

At the other end, we measure success at the meter. Commissioning ends with verified output against the yield model, and our O&M work is judged on availability, not on visit counts.

Repowering: the quiet opportunity

Many existing parks run on components that are outperformed by what is available today. Repowering rebuilds the plant around modern modules and inverters on land that already has permits and grid access, which is exactly the scarce part. We assess, redesign, and rebuild while preserving as much of the existing infrastructure and contractual position as possible.
