Contact form: when you send an inquiry, we process the data you enter (name, company, email address, phone number, selected project type and budget band, and your message) in order to respond to you.

Abuse protection: alongside each inquiry we store a salted cryptographic hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent string. The hash is used only to rate limit the form and to filter automated spam; we do not store your raw IP address with your inquiry, and the hash cannot be reversed into it.

Server logs: when you visit this website, technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) is processed to deliver the site and maintain its security.

This website sets no analytics, tracking, or marketing cookies. The only cookies in use are technically necessary ones for restricted administrative areas that are not part of the public site.

We process contact data solely to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship. We process server log data to operate the website securely. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Inquiry data is kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any follow-up, and thereafter only where statutory retention obligations apply. Server logs are kept for a short, technically necessary period.

You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you, and to request correction or deletion within the limits of applicable law. Depending on your place of residence, further rights may apply under local data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation where it is applicable to you.

Inquiry data submitted through the contact form is stored in a database operated by Supabase, hosted on servers in the European Union. Supabase processes this data on our behalf and under our instructions.

When you submit an inquiry, its contents are also delivered to our office mailbox as a notification email through the email delivery service Resend, which processes this data on our behalf.

Where answering your inquiry requires involving a firm from our network, we share your inquiry only as far as necessary to answer it, and we tell you when we do.

We update this policy when the website or our processing changes. The date above reflects the latest revision.
